Customer Service Representative

Job overview

What you'll do

• Process data entry, scheduling updates, shipping documents, and bills of lading
• serve as a first line of communication between the customer and Covenant
• prioritize inbound and outbound paperwork
• assist inventory control with cycle counts and system updates
• complete reporting as needed.
