What you'll do

• Exchange information and documentation with sites and vendors
• coordinate clinical-supply ordering, receipt, inventory, distribution, returns, and reconciliation
• support regulatory and ethics committee submissions
• coordinate site and vendor payments
• prepare for and follow up on audits and inspections
• coordinate site-specific query resolution and EDC completion
• organize meetings
• maintain tracking systems
• serve as a site contact
• arrange and track training
• check and file TMF and ISF documents
• support safety-information flow
• update CTMS and track site issues
• track vendor-related supplies and site-facility testing.
