What you'll do

• Review technician work-order notes
• gather information from technicians and prepare scopes of work, quotes, and small-job estimates
• price labor, materials, and subcontractor work
• research, order, track, and expedite HVAC parts
• monitor purchase orders, backorders, and delivery exceptions
• coordinate returns, credits, and warranty claims
• prepare and process invoices
• verify charges and resolve billing discrepancies
• maintain service data and support reporting and process improvements
• communicate with vendors, customers, technicians, dispatch, and service management.
