What you'll do

• Recruit, train, coach, evaluate, and supervise employees
• develop schedules and budgets
• manage revenue-generating services
• coordinate with facility staff and service providers
• set food-preparation standards
• participate in menu planning
• inspect meals
• manage special nourishment and supplemental feedings
• oversee safe food receiving, storage, preparation, and service
