• Develop detailed estimates at multiple project phases

• drive takeoffs and clarify scopes across roofing, siding, fire and flood restoration, ground-up construction, and renovations
• solicit and negotiate vendor and subcontractor pricing
• compare bids and identify value engineering and cost efficiencies
• develop project strategies for self-perform trades, materials, delivery sequencing, and process improvements
• collaborate with self-perform groups, materials teams, and manufacturing
• maintain the estimating database
• and analyze cost trends and estimate variances.
