What you'll do

• Manage user and device lifecycle, SaaS administration, and support operations
• coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and role changes with HR and partners
• improve workflows and document handoffs
• mentor junior staff and handle high-impact escalations
• track SLAs, backlog, and CSAT and conduct root-cause analyses
• implement automation improvements
• administer core SaaS tools with security and audit focus
• translate engineering rollouts into runbooks
• maintain macOS endpoint compliance, MDM, and patching
• contribute to incident response as needed.
