What you'll do

• Generate new business for HVAC controls installation, retrofit, and service projects
• build relationships with contractors, consulting engineers, facility managers, and building owners
• review construction plans and specifications to develop estimates and proposals
• present building automation and HVAC controls solutions
• negotiate project awards and service agreements
• maintain sales pipeline and forecasts
• collaborate with operations on sales-to-project transition.
