What you'll do

• Scrape and rack dishes for machine washing
• operate the dishwashing machine and presoak silverware
• hand-wash pots, pans and trays
• transfer supplies and equipment
• sweep and mop floors and clean spills
• clean kitchen surfaces, equipment and disposal areas
• restock paper towels and soap
• assist in the Back Aisle position when needed
• empty and wash trash cans
• use silver de-tarnishing equipment under management guidance or business standards.
