What you'll do

• Supervise property activities and daily operations
• manage leasing, resident relations, marketing, budgeting, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
• screen applicants for affordable-housing eligibility
• maintain applicant waiting lists
• meet occupancy goals
• manage move-in, move-out, and annual recertification files in accordance with company and housing-agency requirements.
