Patient Coordinator — Retina Care

The Patient Coordinator role is onsite in Richmond, VA, with regular travel to Colonial Heights and Williamsburg and some travel to Fredericksburg and Tappahannock. Compensation is $18–$21 per hour; mileage and travel time are paid. The role supports Retina Institute of Virginia, part of EyeCare Partners, a clinically integrated eye-care network focused on enhancing vision, advancing eye care, and improving lives. This role serves as the first point of contact for patients and handles administrative tasks that support a smooth check-in and checkout experience. It helps the clinic deliver courteous service, manage patient flow, and keep daily office operations organized.

What you'll do

• Greet patients and provide customer service in person and by phone
• answer internal and external calls
• manage patient flow
• collect correct payments for common visits
• complete daily reconciliations and cash-drawer closeout
• perform assigned general office duties and cleaning.
