Machine Utility Worker — Corrugated Packaging Production

The Machine Utility Worker role is onsite at the production facility in Navarre, OH; compensation is $21–$23.64 per hour based on experience and position. Massillon Container Company produces custom corrugated packaging solutions. The worker assists with machine operations and finishing tasks, moves materials through production and shipping areas, and prepares finished packaging for shipment. The role supports safe, quality-focused production and teamwork on a Monday–Friday first shift from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

What you'll do

• Run or assist on machines used to manufacture and finish corrugated packaging
• feed board into presses, glue machines, and other equipment
• gather, count, bundle, and palletize finished pieces
• condense and dispose of scrap
• label finished bundles
• load conveyors
• move raw and finished materials
• enter time-sheet data
• clean equipment and work areas
• perform other assigned production and shipping duties.
