What you'll do

• Manage daily NASA SEWP contract vehicle activities
• review RFQs, RFPs, and bid requests
• obtain and evaluate vendor pricing, availability, and lead times
• prepare and submit quotes, proposals, and supporting documents
• support the quote-to-order process
• ensure contract and procurement compliance
• coordinate with account executives and internal teams
• track pipeline and proposal status
• and maintain records in CRM, ERP, CPQ, and quote management systems.
