Human Resources Manager — Distribution Center

The Human Resources Manager — Distribution Center role is onsite in Salina, KS, with a typical Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and occasional on-call HR support for a 24/7 distribution center. What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations and serve as a strategic partner to facility leadership
• manage investigations, conflict resolution, discipline, and performance management
• support union contract administration, collective bargaining, and grievance resolution
• advise managers on performance, leadership development, and HR practices
• support onboarding, employee development, succession planning, and workforce planning
• ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and labor agreements
• collaborate with corporate HR on recruiting, payroll, benefits, and leave
• lead change management and process improvements.
