What you'll do

• Lead daily siding installation work
• assign tasks and oversee crew workflow and productivity
• install and inspect specified siding and wall panel systems
• read blueprints and technical specifications
• train and mentor installers
• communicate instructions and safety protocols in English and Spanish
• maintain a clean, organized, safe job site
• report progress, material needs, and issues to the Project Manager.
