Job overview

The Hotline and Advocacy Manager role is onsite in Webster, TX, with stated pay of $50,000–$55,000 per year. The position is in Bay Area Turning Point’s Client Services department, supporting victims and secondary victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. The manager oversees hotline and advocacy operations so clients receive timely, trauma-informed crisis intervention, safety planning, referrals and ongoing support. The role supervises staff and volunteers, maintains service quality and compliance, and coordinates with community partners to meet program and grant objectives.

What you'll do

  • Supervise, coach and train staff, volunteers and interns
  • manage daily hotline and advocacy operations
  • coordinate coverage for the 24-hour crisis hotline
  • monitor calls, walk-ins, screenings, assessments, referrals and follow-up
  • provide crisis intervention and advocacy as needed
  • oversee client documentation, quality assurance and compliance
  • maintain community resources and partnerships
  • coordinate groups, classes, workshops and outreach
  • participate in the agency on-call rotation and coordinate accompaniments as required.
