What you'll do

• Coordinate site plans, surveys, plats, and design revisions
• prepare and submit permit applications and track them through approval
• coordinate erosion control, stormwater, environmental reviews, and inspections
• coordinate utility connections and process fees
• serve as a day-to-day contact with planning, inspection, and public works staff
• maintain digital project files and report permit status and schedule risks
• support warranty requests and documentation as capacity allows.
