Head of Product Quality

Job overview

The Head of Product Quality role is onsite in Philadelphia, PA, with a stated pay range of $175,000–$265,000 and equity. PAX Labs develops cannabis products and describes a mission to support well-being through its products and experiences. The role builds and maintains the Quality Management System and serves as the primary quality authority for a medical-device launch in Germany. It oversees design controls, risk management, audits, supplier quality, and release decisions to support product safety, compliance, and expansion of the regulated hardware portfolio.

What you'll do

• Own and improve the Quality Management System
• lead management reviews
• review and approve test plans and reports
• oversee design controls and risk management
• maintain document and records control
• establish supplier quality requirements
• manage CAPA, nonconformance, and complaint processes
• lead internal audits
• support regulatory quality activities
• and build the quality function.
