What you'll do

• Mentor and train Falcon Room bartenders on recipes, techniques, and preparation
• oversee guest-service standards and staff development
• ensure Crest Club and Falcon Room operations are set up each day
• work with the Director of Outlets to develop seasonal cocktails
• stay informed about local distillery, winery, and brewery offerings
• assist with team scheduling.
