What you'll do

• Greet tenants, visitors, and vendors
• verify identification and access authorization
• issue visitor credentials
• and maintain visitor and contractor records. Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and other security systems, reporting unusual activity. Respond professionally to incidents and requests for assistance, coordinating with building management or emergency responders as needed. Answer and direct calls, provide building information, and maintain a welcoming lobby presence.
