What you'll do

• Develop district growth and staffing plans
• anticipate capacity needs, talent gaps, and operational risks
• identify service delivery and resource allocation improvements
• review district P&L, margins, and cost structure
• analyze territory performance
• drive profitability and productivity initiatives
• recruit, develop, and retain managers
• establish performance standards and succession plans
• oversee technical standards, service models, safety protocols, and client experience
• guide Territory Managers
• coordinate with corporate teams
• support acquisition integration and client transitions.
