Construction Superintendent

What you'll do

• Lead job-site direction
• schedule subcontractors and vendors
• manage carpenters, laborers, and other site personnel
• perform quality control
• monitor subcontractor compliance with contracted scope
• communicate schedule and critical issues to the project team
• maintain construction documents and review shop drawings and as-builts
• develop weekly and three-to-four-week look-ahead schedules
• document safety issues and hold weekly safety meetings
• monitor material costs and budget
• submit daily reports
• perform superintendent duties at multiple job sites
• resolve conflicts among subcontractors and vendors.
