What you'll do

• Cultivate a customer-focused team culture
• assist with hiring, development, and retention
• lead General Manager responsibilities during the GM’s absence
• address customer and employee concerns
• educate customers about wash products, memberships, and promotions
• support scheduling and daily operations
• troubleshoot equipment with Facilities and IT
• maintain safety and preventive maintenance
• coach sales and monitor membership and labor KPIs
• assist with payroll review and approval.
