What you'll do

• Define and drive mobile platform architecture across iOS and Android using React Native
• own mobile technical strategy, infrastructure, performance, and release engineering
• lead cross-functional initiatives
• establish engineering standards for code quality, testing, and observability
• mentor engineers through reviews and architectural guidance
• improve app reliability and release quality, including CI/CD, crash monitoring, and progressive rollouts
• partner with Product and Design on the mobile roadmap
• identify platform bottlenecks
• explore and champion AI-powered development workflows and mobile capabilities.
