The Bartender role is onsite in Key Biscayne, FL. Pay is $18 per hour. Key Biscayne Yacht Club’s Food and Beverage department serves club members and aims to provide warm, professional hospitality and consistent service. The bartender prepares beverages and provides member-focused service while maintaining an organized, stocked, and clean bar and supporting accurate orders and smooth coordination with service staff.

What you'll do

• Prepare and serve beverages to club specifications
• provide hospitality according to service standards
• work scheduled shifts and stations
• complete side work and maintenance
• maintain product knowledge, cleanliness, and stock
• prepare service-bar drinks from tickets
• accurately enter food and beverage orders in the POS
• communicate with colleagues
• attend meetings
• monitor patron behavior
• and assist with inventory.
