What you'll do

• Develop and implement the clinic’s mission and strategic plan
• update organizational design to support productivity, quality, and cost control
• maintain financial and staffing controls
• ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accrediting requirements
• monitor operations, programs, and facilities
• initiate changes as needed
• represent care centers with health organizations, government agencies, and third-party payers
• serve as liaison between the board, committees, medical staff, and administrative staff
• protect patient information and follow compliance policies.
