What you'll do

• Lead shifts as a key holder, including opening and closing procedures
• direct a crew of 3–8 team members
• prepare food and work across restaurant stations
• uphold company policies, operating standards, food safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and guest service
• handle cash, support labor control and inventory management, and monitor shift goals
• coach team members and address guest concerns.
