Physical Therapist (PT) - Digital Health Specialist - Hybrid This is a hybrid position working 3 days in person at the CORA Tampa clinic location and two days working remotely. The Digital Health Specialist (DHS) provides digital health services, including virtual care and remote therapeutic monitoring. Compensation is not specified. The purpose of this role is to provide specialized digital health services, acting as a liaison between patients and in-clinic providers, and contributing to the development of CORA's digital health program.

What you'll do

• Provides digital health services, including virtual care and remote therapeutic monitoring.
• Participates in the development of the digital health program.
• Serves as a liaison between patients and in-clinic treating providers.
• Develops and delivers a personalized plan of care.
• Objectively measures patient outcomes.
• Efficiently documents evaluations, treatments, re-evaluations, and discharge notes.
• Uses digital platform to deliver telehealth visits.
• Performs Telehealth and Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) services.
• Works closely with operations to deliver digital services.
• Communicates with the primary treating clinician.
• Serves as a liaison between providers and Director of Digital Health.
• Maintains regular reporting and data analysis.
• Participates in program development and marketing efforts.

Education

Diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program

Experience

Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience (outpatient)
