National Service Franchise Director

The National Service Franchise Director is based in Franklin, TN, with the ability to work from or relocate to the Greater Nashville area; compensation is $90,000–$100,000 per year. Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, this executive-level leader partners with franchise owners to improve profitability, operational standards, market presence, and customer experience. The role supports sustainable network growth through financial guidance, technology adoption, training, commercial business development, and national partnerships.

What you'll do

• Partner with franchise owners on financial performance, P&L reviews, route optimization, recurring revenue, and efficiency
• establish quality standards, field audits, safety compliance, and brand execution
• drive adoption of CRM and field service platforms
• strengthen technician training, certification, recruitment, retention, and career development
• support franchise growth in Sunbelt markets
• develop commercial account strategies
• leverage manufacturer relationships, purchasing power, and preferred supply programs.
