Regional Lead, Direct Purchasing Project Manager

What you'll do

• Engage in preconstruction
• provide equipment budget and lead-time information
• define and review direct-purchase scope
• identify vendors
• prepare and issue RFPs
• coordinate RFIs and bid reviews
• recommend and award purchases
• coordinate submittals, inspections, transportation, storage, installation support, warranties, and closeout
• manage package financials and invoices
• mentor team members
• support business development and project pursuits.
