What you'll do

• Answer customer calls
• schedule and dispatch technicians
• coordinate electrical, plumbing, and HVAC appointments
• maintain job information and scheduling updates in ServiceTitan
• assist with memberships, maintenance scheduling, invoices, and payments
• follow up on estimates, satisfaction, and open jobs
• support permits, proposals, and administrative tasks.
