The Preschool and Pre-Kindergarten Teacher role is onsite in Columbus, OH. Pay is $15–$19 per hour. The Goddard School of Gahanna is launching its Wonder of Learning Curriculum, a child-centered approach intended to foster curiosity, creativity, collaboration, and a lifelong love of learning. Teachers create age-appropriate learning experiences and support children’s development through exploration and play. They help maintain a safe, nurturing classroom, observe and document developmental milestones, communicate with families and fellow educators, and collaborate on classroom practices while meeting health, safety, and state licensing requirements.

What you'll do

• Create age-appropriate learning experiences aligned with the Wonder of Learning Curriculum
• foster a safe, nurturing, inclusive classroom
• support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development through hands-on exploration and play
• observe and document growth and developmental milestones
• communicate with families and fellow educators
• collaborate on teaching practices and classroom experiences
• maintain health, safety, and state licensing requirements.

Why this role

Multiple full-time lead and assistant teacher positions are available, with limited part-time opportunities. Previous preschool experience is preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is required. Early childhood education credentials or degrees are preferred.
