Client Service Specialist

What you'll do

• Welcome and check in clients and visitors
• manage calls, messages, appointments, and follow-up
• coordinate psychiatric service scheduling and brief intake interviews
• verify insurance and process enrollment paperwork
• process referrals and coordinate with clinical staff and school partners
• maintain accurate records in electronic systems
• support front-office organization and client communications.
