Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor

The part-time Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor role is onsite in Kearny, NJ, paying $50 per hour. Shifts are 7 AM–3 PM and 3 PM–11 PM. The supervisor supports nursing leadership at Artis Care Rehab and Nursing Center and helps maintain resident care and weekend operations. The supervisor assists the Director of Nursing with daily department functions, staffing, rounds, policy adherence, and a supportive work environment for nursing staff.

• Assist the Director of Nursing with planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing nursing department functions
• ensure staff follow job descriptions, policies, and procedures
• maintain adequate staffing
• conduct rounds to monitor nursing standards
• promote a supportive work environment.
