• Evaluate provider availability and market dynamics

• assess contract terms and lead negotiations with hospitals, physicians, and ancillary providers
• ensure contracts meet templates, legal requirements, and internal controls
• analyze cost and utilization impacts
• manage provider relationships and communications
• prepare data-based recommendations
• monitor competitor activity and regulatory changes
• recommend process improvements and collaborate with legal, finance, provider operations, and medical management.
