Parts Specialist

What you'll do

• Provide customer, factory, and vendor support
• process parts orders for phone, counter, and service sales
• identify needed parts using catalogs and computer systems
• locate and obtain parts not in stock
• obtain credit releases under company policy
• resolve customer invoicing problems
• assist with yearly physical inventory.
