Account Manager

What you'll do

• Manage daily operations for a strategic global technology customer
• coordinate GPS tracking device deployment and inventory
• resolve shipment exceptions and security escalations
• lead shipper onboarding and training
• develop customer-specific SOPs
• coordinate with stakeholders and logistics partners
• support technology pilots and rollouts
• review performance and identify process improvements.
