What you'll do

• Greet guests
• take food and beverage orders
• prepare cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages to recipes and standards
• prepare bar-menu items
• verify identification and monitor responsible alcohol consumption
• process payments
• maintain and restock bar areas
• monitor inventory
• sanitize glassware and equipment
• follow opening, closing, safety, and sanitation procedures.
