The Apartment Manager role is onsite in Shreveport, LA. Base compensation is $60,000–$65,000 annually, with monthly new-lease and renewal bonuses and quarterly performance bonuses in addition to base pay. The manager oversees an established residential multifamily community for Westdale Asset Management. The role is accountable for the property’s financial and operational performance while delivering attentive resident management. It coordinates staff and resources, supports lease renewals and problem resolution, tracks leasing and collection activity, and leads hiring, training, and supervision.

What you'll do

• Maintain financial and operational accountability for the property
• coordinate people, activities, and resources to meet objectives set by the Regional Director and property owner
• work with residents on lease renewals, problem resolution, and customer satisfaction
• record traffic, leasing, renewal, and collection activity

Why this role

Requires at least three years of management experience at a conventional apartment community, computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or similar software, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Must be available evenings, nights, and weekends for staffing needs and emergencies; a Certified Apartment Manager credential is a plus.
