What you'll do

• Provide exceptional pet parent service in person, over the phone, and online.
• Greet pet parents and answer questions.
• Prepare online orders for pickup.
• Responsible for the healthcare of store-owned pets, including feeding, watering, and cleaning habitats.
• Maintain total store cleanliness standards.
• Support store with price changes and promotional pricing.
• Stage and sort new product.
• Face, fill, and recover products.
• Recommend, inform, and sell merchandise, services, and live pets.
• Administer pet medications.
• Promote special events.
• Ensure a safe environment for associates, pets, and pet parents.
• Take immediate action for sick/injured pets.
• Assist in various departments.
