General Manager

What you'll do

• Manage center financial performance, including P&L, revenue, expenses, labor, and costs
• review scorecards and KPIs and implement corrective actions
• manage staffing and resources
• hire, onboard, train, develop, and coach teammates
• oversee repair workflow, quality, safety, and customer concerns
• maintain relationships with customers, insurance partners, dealerships, vendors, and referral partners
• support sales and local growth
• coordinate with the Regional Manager and Support Center teams
• lead execution of company initiatives and improvements.
