What you'll do

• Supervise and mentor high school seniors in campus residences.
• Teach and role-model life skills including self-responsibility, goal setting, time management, personal finance, and healthy relationships.
• Create and supervise developmental and recreational activities.
• Accompany students to Sunday chapel services.
• Collaborate with staff to enhance the program.
• Provide coverage in student homes as needed.

What we're looking for

Education

Bachelor's Degree

Experience

Bachelor's degree required. Experience mentoring, teaching, or coaching youth. Valid driver's license. Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google applications.
