What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, toileting, and hygiene
• support mobility and transfers
• help with light housekeeping, laundry, dishes, and linens
• assist with meals, shopping, and errands as authorized
• provide companionship
• observe and report changes or safety concerns
• follow service plans, document care, maintain confidentiality, and respond appropriately to emergencies.
