Lending Processor

What you'll do

• Coordinate and process loans through preparation, documentation, approval, closing, disbursement, and retention
• process payoffs, refinances, and contact updates
• maintain escrow accounts and process property tax and homeowners insurance payments
• follow up on pending titles and appraisals
• prepare correspondence and records
• perform lending quality control
• assist members and employees with information and research.
