What you'll do

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical systems
• oversee field operations, technicians, and subcontractors
• direct job-site labor, schedules, materials, tools, and equipment
• interpret blueprints and specifications
• coordinate with project managers and trade leads
• supervise safety, inspections, system startups, and closeouts
• maintain digital work orders and daily logs.
