What you'll do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel
• monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorizations, maintain visitor logs, and direct authorized individuals
• respond to incidents and escalate concerns
• patrol entrances, common areas, parking areas, and the building perimeter
• and prepare accurate reports and documentation.
