The Residential Service Manager, Electrical Division role is onsite in Lansdale, PA. Base salary is $80,000–$95,000 per year, plus performance-based bonus opportunities. The manager develops technicians and oversees daily residential service operations, including dispatch, training, materials, quality, and customer concerns. The role supports service performance and customer satisfaction across installations, maintenance, inspections, and repairs.

What you'll do

• Coach technicians through ride-alongs, evaluations, and one-on-one sessions
• lead weekly training on service procedures, technical skills, manufacturer guidelines, and code compliance
• support onboarding, hiring, and performance reviews
• manage daily dispatching and coordinate with the dispatcher
• provide pricing and technical guidance
• conduct monthly truck inspections
• oversee warehouse organization, purchasing, and returns
• resolve complaints, callbacks, and warranty work
• and maintain quality control.
