The role helps ensure customer issues are accurately diagnosed, assigned, and resolved.

What you'll do

• Diagnose escalated backend and technical issues across the Core platform and Vision viewer
• investigate audit trails, gateway and cloud logs, and observability data
• trace symptoms to SQL and relevant platform components
• distinguish technical/configuration causes from clinical workflow causes
• close escalated tickets
• document and route confirmed defects and incidents
• maintain technical runbooks and escalation standards
• mentor analysts
• participate in overnight and weekend on-call rotations as required.
