The Pre-K Teacher Assistant (UPK) role is onsite in Pleasant Valley, NY, with pay of $18–$19 per hour and a Monday–Friday schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 2:15 p.m. Healthy Kids Programs provides early learning and childcare programs, with this position supporting the Arlington Central School District program.

What you'll do

• Support the Lead Teacher with lesson plans, classroom activities, and daily routines
• assist with learning activities and transitions
• support children’s development
• supervise and assist with toileting and handwashing
• maintain a safe and clean classroom
• build respectful relationships with children, families, and staff
• and help address individual student needs.
