Bindery Operator, First Shift

The Bindery Operator role is onsite in Minneapolis, MN. Pay is $21–$27 per hour. The position supports Streamworks’ printing, finishing, and secure mail communications services. The operator finishes printed and laser-printed materials by setting up and running equipment for cutting, folding, gluing, and stitching. Accurate production records, quality checks, and shift handoffs help keep customer jobs on schedule and within specifications.

What you'll do

• Read job tickets and customer instructions
• complete sign-off and continuity pull processes
• enter job, inventory, and time data
• program, set up, operate, and maintain assigned equipment
• follow inserter processes
• perform helper duties
• communicate job and equipment status to incoming shifts
• complete crossover logs, hour-by-hour logs, and postage usage sheets
• inspect work for defects.
