The position connects business stakeholders, IT, application support teams, and external partners to improve enterprise application support and business processes. It coordinates analysis, service desk triage, application support, and continuous improvement so incidents, requests, enhancements, and projects are prioritized and delivered effectively.

What you'll do

• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements
• develop process maps, workflows, functional specifications, and solution documentation
• coordinate user acceptance testing, implementations, upgrades, and deployments
• help establish and maintain the Enterprise Applications Center of Excellence
• develop application standards, procedures, documentation, and knowledge resources
• coordinate help desk activities and ticket triage
• monitor service desk queues, service-level compliance, recurring issues, and backlogs
• coordinate application support, releases, testing, and enhancement prioritization
• maintain operational dashboards and present metrics and recommendations to IT leadership.
